1. Return Period — 14 Days
Customers may return or exchange their items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as purchased
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Packaging must be undamaged
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened detergent sheets
- Opened scent booster beads
4. Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
5. Refund Method
Approved returns will be refunded using the original method of payment or issued as store credit.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
